The companies involved are QJMOTOR Co., Ltd., Zhejiang QJMOTOR Technology Development Co., Ltd., Zhejiang QJMOTOR Import and Export Co., Ltd., and Grebo Intelligent Power Technology Co., Ltd. The freeze period is 3 years, and the executing court is the Wenling People's Court. Zhejiang QJMOTOR Co., Ltd. was established in March 1999, with Xu Zhihao as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 530 million RMB. Its business scope includes manufacturing motorcycle parts, wholesale of motorcycles and parts, and retail of motorcycles and parts, jointly held by Geely Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Wenling QJMOTOR Investment Management Co., Ltd
