# ZHEFU Holdings' controlling shareholder partially pledged and released shares

Recently, ZHEFU received a notification from its controlling shareholder Sun Yi regarding the pledge and release of some of his shares. On October 14, 2025, Sun Yi pledged 62.5 million shares, accounting for 14.74% of his holdings and 1.20% of the total share capital, for funding needs; on October 16, he released the pledge of 64 million shares, accounting for 15.09% of his holdings and 1.23% of the total share capital. As of the announcement date, the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties have cumulatively pledged 873.473607 million shares, accounting for 49.73% of their holdings and 16.74% of the total share capital. The financing balances corresponding to the pledged shares maturing in the next six months and one year are 1.013 billion yuan and 1.257 billion yuan, respectively. The controlling shareholder has the ability to repay, and the risk of this pledge is controllable, which does not affect the company's control and operations
