# Tus-Design: The transfer of equity in the holding subsidiary has been completed

Tus-Design announced that the company held a board meeting on September 22, 2025, and approved the proposal to transfer the equity of its controlling subsidiaries Beijing Bilude and Shenzhen Bilude. The equity transfer prices were RMB 5.0911 million and RMB 6.2548 million, respectively. As of October 15, 2025, the company has received all the equity transfer payments. After the completion of this transaction, Tus-Design will no longer hold equity in Beijing Bilude and Shenzhen Bilude, and these two companies will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements
