According to the announcement from Tande (600665.SH), in the period from July to September 2025, the company achieved a contracted sales area of 60,700 square meters, a year-on-year increase of 34.89%. The equity contracted sales area was 54,600 square meters, a year-on-year increase of 59.65%. The company achieved a contracted sales amount of 874.4913 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.79%. The equity contracted sales amount was 805.4051 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.05%.

From January to September 2025, the company achieved a contracted sales area of 189,400 square meters, a year-on-year increase of 11.22%.
