# JINJIA: 2.57% of shares held by the controlling shareholder will be auctioned off judicially

> JINJIA announced that 37.27 million shares (accounting for 2.57% of the total share capital) held by its controlling shareholder JINJIA Venture Capital will be judicially auctioned from November 17 to 18, 2025. The auction will be conducted by the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. If the auction is successful, JINJIA Venture Capital's shareholding will be reduced to 426 million shares, accounting for 29.33%. This auction will not affect the company's control, governance structure, or ongoing operations

JINJIA announced that 37.27 million shares held by its controlling shareholder JINJIA Venture Capital will be auctioned off, accounting for 2.57% of the company's total share capital. The auction will take place from November 17 to 18, 2025, and the auctioneer is the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. If the auction is successful, JINJIA Venture Capital's holdings in the company will decrease to 426 million shares, reducing its ownership percentage to 29.33%. This auction will not result in a change of control of the company, nor will it have a direct significant impact on the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
