Gentech announced that its controlling shareholder, Fengfan Holdings Co., Ltd., has cumulatively reduced its holdings of "Gentech Convertible Bonds" with a par value of RMB 61.312 million. Before the change in equity, Fengfan Holdings held 17.34% of the company's equity, which has decreased to 16.85% after the change. This reduction does not involve any change in shares, does not trigger a tender offer, and will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller
