# CHINA OVERSEAS Development's subsidiary plans to issue no more than 3 billion yuan in medium-term notes

> China Overseas Development's wholly-owned subsidiary, China Overseas Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd., plans to issue medium-term notes in China not exceeding RMB 3 billion. The notes are divided into two types: the first type is RMB 1 billion with a term of 3 years; the second type is RMB 2 billion with a term of 5 years. Both types of notes are subject to reallocation, and the final issuance scale will be listed on the national interbank bond market

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, China Overseas Development (00688) announced that a wholly-owned subsidiary, China Overseas Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd., will issue the third phase of medium-term notes for the year 2025 in China. The medium-term notes will be issued in two varieties: Variety One has an initial issuance scale of RMB 1 billion with a maturity of 3 years; Variety Two has an initial issuance scale of RMB 2 billion with a maturity of 5 years. Both varieties come with an inter-variety repurchase option, with no limit on the repurchase ratio. The final total issuance scale of both varieties will not exceed RMB 3 billion and will be listed on the national interbank bond market
