# SINOSYNERGY has completed the implementation of full circulation of H shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SINOSYNERGY (09663) announced that 41,303,978 domestic shares have been converted into H-shares as of October 16, 2025. The listing of the converted H-shares will commence as scheduled at 9:00 AM on October 17, 2025, on the Stock Exchange
