# Ningbo, Zhejiang adjusts automobile scrapping and renewal policy

> On the 16th, the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Commerce announced that the automobile scrapping and renewal policy for Ningbo City in 2025 has been adjusted. Two additional conditions, "location of the scrapped vehicle's license plate" and "location of the new vehicle's registration," have been added to the original policy, while other requirements remain unchanged. Consumers who meet the subsidy conditions must log in to the National Automobile Circulation Information Management System website or the official "Automobile Trade-in" mini-program to fully submit their application materials before 24:00 on January 10, 2026
