# BEIJING N STAR appointed Zhu Yan as the secretary of the board of directors

According to the announcement from Beijing North Star (00588), the 38th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors will be held on October 15, 2025, to appoint Zhu Yan as the Secretary of the Board (a position equivalent to Joint Company Secretary under Hong Kong regulations), effective from October 15, 2025.

Following the above appointment, Zhu Yan will also serve as the Company Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from October 15, 2025
