# GIANT BIOGENE received an increase of 760,000 shares in the company from its controlling shareholder Juzi Holding

> GIANT BIOGENE announced that its controlling shareholder Juzi Holding increased its holdings by 760,000 shares, with an increase amounting to approximately HKD 31.9 million. After the increase, the total number of shares held reached 584 million, accounting for 54.56% of the total share capital. Juzi Holding stated that it may further increase its holdings depending on market conditions

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, GIANT BIOGENE (02367) has released a notice stating that the company's board of directors has received a notification from its controlling shareholder, Juzi Holding Co., Ltd. Based on strong confidence in the company's future development and to promote the company's continuous, stable, and healthy growth while safeguarding the interests of the broad public investors, as of the date of this announcement, Juzi Holding has purchased a total of 760,000 shares of the company in the market, with a total investment amount of approximately HKD 31.9 million (excluding commissions and other expenses). Following this increase, as of the date of this announcement, Juzi Holding holds a total of 584 million shares of the company, accounting for 54.56% of the total issued shares. Juzi Holding may further increase its holdings of the company's shares from time to time based on market conditions and applicable regulatory requirements
