# DYMATIC CHEM: Chang Lianrong Investment has reduced its holdings by 1.17%

DYMATIC CHEM announced that its shareholder, Foshan Shunde District Changlianrong Investment Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, will reduce its holdings by a total of 5.6401 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from September 16, 2025, to October 16, 2025, accounting for 1.17% of the company's total share capital, reducing its shareholding ratio from 6.96% to 5.79%, reaching an integer multiple of 1%. This reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
