# DATANG ENVIRO has completed the issuance of 500 million yuan in technology innovation bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Datang Enviro (01272) announced that the company has completed the issuance of the fourth phase of the 2025 technology innovation bonds to qualified investors on October 15, 2025. The lead underwriter and book manager is Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., and the company has received the raised funds from this issuance. The issuance scale of the technology innovation bonds is RMB 500 million, with a term of 268 days and a face value of RMB 100. The interest rate for this issuance of technology innovation bonds is 1.77%. The interest start date is October 15, 2025.
