# BUCHANG PHARMA's subsidiary signs a technical service contract with WuXi AppTec

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BUCHANG PHARMA (603858.SH) announced that recently, its holding subsidiary Sichuan Luzhou Buchang Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Luzhou Buchang") signed a "Technical Service Contract" with Suzhou WuXi AppTec New Drug Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WuXi AppTec"), entrusting WuXi AppTec to conduct pharmacokinetics and toxicology testing projects.

The signing of the "Technical Service Contract" between Luzhou Buchang and a third party is beneficial for expanding the company's drug research and development capabilities and scope, saving time and costs for the company's drug clinical trials to a certain extent, and ensuring the smooth progress of the project
