# Huangtai Wine: The controlling shareholder has increased its stake by 2.3%

Huangtai Wine announced that its controlling shareholder Gansu Shengda will, starting from April 8, 2025, increase its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 4.0849 million shares within six months through centralized bidding, accounting for 2.3% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of 60.0012 million yuan, reaching the minimum amount of the increase plan of 60 million yuan. After the increase, Gansu Shengda and its concerted parties will hold a total of 44.3809 million shares, accounting for 25.02% of the total shares
