# YEIC: Increased capital by 372 million yuan for wholly-owned subsidiary

Yunnan Energy Investment announced that on October 15, 2025, the board of directors passed a resolution to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Anning Yunnan Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. by RMB 372 million using its own funds. After the capital increase, the registered capital of the storage company will increase from RMB 1 million to RMB 373 million. This capital increase aims to meet the funding needs for the construction of the 350MW compressed air energy storage demonstration project in Kunming Anning, ensuring the smooth progress of the project, and has positive significance for meeting grid peak regulation and the large-scale integration and consumption of renewable energy. After the capital increase, the storage company will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company
