JSG announced that the company's directors and senior management personnel Zhu Liang, Fu Linjian, Zhang Jun, Lu Xiaowen, and Shi Gang collectively hold 11.1048 million shares, accounting for 0.85%. They plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.7762 million shares, accounting for 0.21%, through centralized bidding or block trading from November 8, 2025, to February 7, 2026
