# TFME's controlling shareholder Huada Group plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Tongfu Microelectronics (002156.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder Nantong Huada Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huada Group") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 15.176 million shares (i.e., no more than 1% of the total shares of the company) through centralized bidding from November 10, 2025, to February 7, 2026
