# Huajin Capital's shareholder LEAGUER plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huajin Capital (000532.SZ) announced that its shareholder LEAGUER Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "LEAGUER") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 10.3412 million shares (approximately 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading from November 7, 2025, to February 4, 2026
