# Canaan: The company's American Depositary Shares have re-complied with Nasdaq's minimum price requirement

> Canaan announced on October 16 that it has received a written compliance notification from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, confirming that the company's American Depositary Shares (ADS) have re-complied with the minimum closing price requirement of $1.00 per share as stipulated in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450. According to Nasdaq, Canaan's ADS closed at or above $1.00 for ten consecutive trading days from October 1 to October 15, 2025, thus this matter has been resolved, and the company has restored its full compliance status
