# YTO: Alibaba Group's subsidiary Hangzhou Haoyue plans to transfer no more than 2% of the company's shares through a block trade

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YTO Express (600233.SH) announced that its shareholder Hangzhou Haoyue Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hangzhou Haoyue") plans to transfer a total of no more than 68.451 million shares of the company through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, with the intended transfer ratio not exceeding 2% of the company's total share capital. Hangzhou Haoyue is an enterprise under Alibaba Group Holding Limited
