# Shenzhen Energy plans to invest 10 million yuan in the Shenzhen Investment Control Donghai New Energy Industry Fund

According to the announcement from Shenzhen Energy (000027.SZ), the company has signed the "Partnership Agreement of Shenzhen Shentou Control Donghai New Energy Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)" with Shenzhen Investment Control Donghai Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Investment Control Donghai), Shenzhen Guidance Fund Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Shenzhen Guidance Fund), Shenzhen Futian Guidance Fund Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Futian Guidance Fund), and Shenzhen Xinjiyuan Asset Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Xinjiyuan). They plan to jointly initiate the establishment of the Shenzhen Shentou Control Donghai New Energy Industry Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name). The new energy industry fund will be managed by Investment Control Donghai, with a fund size of RMB 1 billion, of which the company will contribute RMB 10 million as a limited partner.

According to the agreement, the partnership will invest 100% of the available funds in the new energy sector, mainly including core materials and components, key parts and products, comprehensive solutions, and infrastructure construction in areas such as digital power grids, charging and swapping facilities, wind, solar, and hydropower, natural gas, hydrogen energy, and energy conservation and environmental protection
