# CECport shareholders CEC Kunrun Fund and CEC Development Fund plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CECport (001287.SZ) announced that its shareholders, CEC Kunrun Phase I (Tianjin) Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "CEC Kunrun Fund") and Beijing CEC Development Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "CEC Development Fund"), plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding transactions, with a total reduction not exceeding 7.599 million shares (accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital)
