# FOUNDER MOTOR multiple shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3.37%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FOUNDER MOTOR (002196.SZ) announced that Mr. Zhang Min, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, Chairman Mr. Weng Weiwen, and senior management Ms. Lu Meiling plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 16.7224 million shares, accounting for 3.37% of the company's total share capital
