# Easpring plans to invest in Beikong Zihuan Technology to implement a green recycling project for used lithium-ion power batteries

According to the announcement from ZhiTong Finance APP, Easpring Technology (300073.SZ) announced that on October 16, 2025, it signed an "Investment Cooperation Agreement" with Beijing Beikuan Resource Environment Technology Co., Ltd., Pizhou Circular Economy Industrial Park Development and Construction Co., Ltd., and Chengtong Kechuang Investment Fund (Beijing) Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Chengtong Kechuang Investment Fund") to jointly invest in establishing a joint venture company, Beikuan Resource Environment Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., in Pizhou City, Jiangsu Province, responsible for the green recycling of waste lithium-ion power batteries and other businesses. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 788 million yuan, of which the company plans to contribute 78.8 million yuan in cash, holding a 10% equity stake in the joint venture company.

According to the information in the announcement, after the establishment of the joint venture company, it will invest in the new construction of the "Green Recycling Project for Waste Lithium-Ion Power Batteries." The project is located in the Chemical Park of the Pizhou Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province. The project is divided into two phases, with the second phase being a long-term plan. The specific construction content and scale will be decided based on market conditions and technological updates. The planned scale for the first phase includes a battery pack dismantling and crushing capacity of 10,000 tons/year, a processing capacity for ternary black powder of 32,000 tons/year, and a waste catalyst processing capacity of 1,500 tons/year. It aims to produce 11,000 tons/year of ternary precursors and 5,460.50 tons/year of lithium carbonate
