# XMGFGS shareholders Xiamen Chentu and Chentu First Industry Fund plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 5.5703 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XMGFGS (300967.SZ) announced that the company's shareholders Xiamen Chentu and Chentu First Industry Fund issued a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter." Xiamen Chentu and its concerted party Chentu First Industry Fund plan to reduce their holdings in the company. The number of shares to be reduced this time is a total of no more than 5.5703 million shares, accounting for 2.97% of the company's total share capital, and 3.00% of the company's total share capital after excluding the shares held in the repurchase special account as of the date of this announcement
