# BOFAY's application for a private placement of shares has been accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BOFAY (001255.SZ) announced that on October 16, 2025, it received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (referred to as "SZSE") regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of stocks to specific targets by Zhejiang BOFAY Electric Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock Exchange Review \[2025\] No. 186). The SZSE verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of stocks to specific targets through a simplified procedure, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them
