# SWIREPROPERTIES: The structure of the eight buildings at Beijing Swire Plaza has been topped out, and phased opening is expected by the end of next year

> SWIREPROPERTIES announced that the eight buildings of Beijing Swire Plaza have reached structural completion, with a total floor area exceeding 860,000 square meters, including Grade A office buildings, high-end shopping malls, and the East Corner Hotel. The project construction is progressing as planned, with the curtain wall installation of buildings 1 to 4 completed, and phased openings are expected by the end of 2026

SWIREPROPERTIES (01972.HK) announced that the structure of all eight buildings in the Taikoo Place Beijing mixed-use development project has been topped out. The project has a total floor area of over 860,000 square meters, integrating business and diverse lifestyle functions, including eight Grade A office buildings, a high-end shopping mall, and a brand new EAST hotel.

The group stated that the construction of the project is progressing steadily as planned, with the curtain wall installation for buildings 1 to 4 already completed. The project is scheduled to open in phases starting at the end of 2026
