It is understood that the new tenant is a foreign national who found the unit suitable due to its proximity to the MTR station and large shopping mall, and decided to lease it after the visit. The owner purchased the unit for HKD 7.25 million in 2020 and has held it for 5 years, enjoying a rental return of approximately 3% from this lease
