# Mondelez China activates Beijing Smart Warehouse Center

> On October 16th, Mondelez China held the inauguration ceremony for its smart warehousing center at its Beijing factory. This center is Mondelez's first automated warehousing center directly connected to the factory production line in China. The project broke ground on February 28, 2024, with a total investment of approximately 53 million yuan, a newly built area of about 2,500 square meters, equipped with a 700 square meter loading and unloading area, capable of storing 6,400 pallets, and a total storage volume of 8,000 cubic meters
