# Galaxy Entertainment Group has renewed its three-year strategic cooperation with DAMAI ENT and Macau Pass

> Galaxy Entertainment Group has renewed a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with DAMAI ENT and Macau Pass to continue hosting multicultural events in Macau, establish comprehensive cooperation in promotion, marketing, and ticketing systems, and introduce talent from the cultural and entertainment industry. The cooperation will extend beyond Macau, promoting the Greater Bay Area performing arts hub, deepening the interconnectivity of membership systems, enhancing member experiences, and assisting Macau Pass in upgrading its ticketing system to provide a more convenient ticket purchasing experience

Galaxy Entertainment (00027.HK) announced that the "Galaxy Macau" integrated resort has once again signed a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with DAMAI ENT (01060.HK), a subsidiary of Alibaba (09988.HK), and Macau Tong Group. The parties will continue to hold multicultural events in Macau while establishing comprehensive cooperation in promotion, marketing, and ticketing systems, as well as introducing talents from the cultural and entertainment industry to Macau.

This cooperation will also extend its reach beyond Macau, actively exploring and researching various aspects of cooperation on non-Macau venue projects, promoting the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area as a performing arts hub. At the same time, the parties will continue to deepen the interoperability of their membership systems, jointly implementing cross-platform membership promotion activities and exclusive benefits to enhance member interaction and experience.

In terms of ticketing, DAMAI ENT will continue to promote comprehensive cooperation on the ticketing system with "Galaxy Macau" and assist Macau Tong in upgrading the technology and hardware of the ticketing system to ensure a more convenient and smooth ticket purchasing experience for audiences. Additionally, "Galaxy Macau" and DAMAI will deepen membership cooperation, promoting member interoperability and exclusive rights to provide higher quality services to members
