# HYDSOFT: Shenhui Holdings and others commit not to reduce their holdings within 6 months

HYDSOFT announced that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Shenhui Holdings Co., Ltd., actual controller Yu Hao, and the concerted party, Zhoushan Huibo Chuangzhan Venture Capital Partnership, have issued a letter of commitment. From now until six months after the company intends to complete the acquisition of control over Baode Computer System Co., Ltd., they will not reduce their holdings of the original shareholders' restricted shares, nor will the company repurchase that portion of shares; if there are changes in the number of shares due to capital reserve fund transfers, stock dividends, etc., the locked share quantity will be adjusted accordingly; if there is a need to reduce holdings in the future, it will be disclosed in a timely manner in accordance with the law
