JINGJIA MICRO signed a strategic cooperation agreement with JIT

According to the announcement from JINGJIA MICRO (300474.SZ), the company has recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Changchun JIT Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JIT"). Both parties aim to establish a long-term deep partnership based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, complementary advantages, and honest cooperation. In the future, they will integrate advantageous resources and provide safe and reliable products and solutions for government and enterprise users through comprehensive and close cooperation in branding, products, and technology. The cooperation includes: both parties will jointly develop an integration plan based on Party B's GPU product JM11's graphics and computing characteristics and Party A's security product requirements. Party A will deeply integrate GPU product JM11 into core products and solutions such as encrypted terminals and data security protection, enhancing graphical security operations and efficient data processing capabilities; both parties will open confirmed hardware interfaces, software adaptation tools, and other resources to optimize the user experience of the joint solution. This includes, but is not limited to, product integration with Party A's high-definition full-stack domestic GPU cloud desktop hyper-converged integrated machine, achieving a "three-integration model" of ecological integration, product integration, and industry integration to provide customers with high-performance, secure, and controllable cloud and desktop computing bases that meet domestic requirements. Both parties will provide each other with solutions, products, and services in their respective business fields under the principle of complementary advantages and optimal conditions on equal terms; in their respective business activities, they will mutually prioritize recommending each other's solutions, products, and services to their own customer groups. When Party A promotes security solutions to government, enterprise, and financial customers, it will prioritize recommending configurations equipped with Party B's GPU product JM11; Party B will ensure stable production capacity and delivery of GPU product JM11 within the scope of cooperation, as specified in subsequent procurement contracts or framework agreements signed by both parties. Both parties will jointly invest human and material resources to carry out promotional activities such as industry exhibitions and technical salons, with Party A opening market channels and establishing a dedicated service team, while Party B provides after-sales technical support for GPU product JM11. Focusing on the adaptation and optimization of GPU product JM11 with Party A's security products and virtualization products, addressing compatibility and computing scheduling issues; simultaneously carrying out basic hardware research and development for domestic equipment to enhance the stability and reliability of the joint solution in complex security scenarios, ensuring customer experience
