# SUNVIM Group: Director Fan Xiaona resigns for personal reasons

In 2025, the board of directors of SUNVIM Group Co., Ltd. received a written resignation letter from director Fan Xiaona. Fan Xiaona applied to resign from her position as a director of the company for personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company after her resignation. According to the provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, her resignation did not reduce the number of directors on the board below the legal minimum, nor did it reduce the number of directors below two-thirds of the number stipulated in the Articles of Association. The resignation will take effect upon the delivery of the resignation letter to the board of directors
