# JINGJIA MICRO plans to collaborate with Cangqiong Digital to jointly create an industry-integrated solution based on the JM11 chip, featuring a "domestic GPU + domestic GIS platform."

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JINGJIA MICRO (300474.SZ) announced that it has recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Cangqiong Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cangqiong Digital"). The two parties will integrate their respective advantages through comprehensive cooperation in branding, products, technology, etc., to jointly create a win-win and sustainable strategic partnership, providing users with safe and reliable products, solutions, and cooperation in scientific research and ecological co-construction. The company is deeply engaged in the field of GPU research and development, and its products, along with Cangqiong Digital's developed Cangqiong Geographic Information Platform (KQGIS) and Cangqiong Remote Sensing Intelligent Service Platform (KQRS), will serve government, enterprises, universities, and other clients through the "three-integration model" of ecological integration, product integration, and industry integration, aiming to promote the upgrading of information construction and digital governance capabilities.

The cooperation content includes: both parties will conduct in-depth adaptation and optimization around Party A's Geographic Information System (GIS) platform, remote sensing software, smart city application software, and Party B's domestic high-performance GPU products. They will jointly create a fully domestically produced integrated solution for software and hardware to meet the needs of high-security and high-performance application scenarios. For key industries such as smart cities, natural resources, emergency rescue, industrial software, low-altitude economy, and spatiotemporal intelligent services, the two parties will jointly develop an "indigenous GPU + indigenous GIS platform" industry integrated solution based on the JM11 chip to jointly explore the market
