# The actual controllers of ZKCY, Wu Zhongping and Wu Shuangping, received a warning letter from the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhongke Magnetic Materials (301141.SZ) announced that the company's actual controller, chairman, and general manager Mr. Wu Zhongping, along with actual controller Ms. Wu Shuangping, received an administrative regulatory measure decision from the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on October 17, 2025, titled "Decision on Taking Warning Letter Measures Against Wu Zhongping and Wu Shuangping."

The Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau discovered during an on-site inspection that you privately signed a "Shareholding Entrustment Agreement" in June 2024 and did not inform the company and the board secretary for disclosure, resulting in inaccurate disclosure of relevant shareholding information in the company's "2024 Semi-Annual Report" and "2024 Annual Report."
