Pony AI collaborates with Stellantis to develop L4 autonomous vehicles for the European market
On October 17th, Pony AI announced a partnership with Stellantis Group to jointly develop L4-level autonomous vehicles for the European market. This collaboration will be implemented through Pony AI's European branch based in Luxembourg, integrating Pony AI's autonomous driving technology with Stellantis's autonomous driving platform. In the initial phase of the partnership, the focus will be on the light commercial vehicle sector. The two parties plan to launch the deployment of test vehicles based on the Peugeot e-Traveller model in Luxembourg in the coming months, with a gradual expansion to more cities in Europe starting in 2026
