HEBEI STEEL CORP. announced that the company's board of directors recently received written resignation applications from Chairman Wang Lanyu, Vice Chairman and General Manager Xu Bin, and Chief Accountant Zhang Aimin. Wang Lanyu resigned from the positions of Chairman and Director due to job changes, Xu Bin resigned from the positions of General Manager, Vice Chairman, and Director due to job changes, and Zhang Aimin resigned from the position of Chief Accountant due to job changes.
