# HEBEI STEEL CORP.: Chairman Wang Lanyu resigned due to job changes

HEBEI STEEL CORP. announced that the company's board of directors recently received written resignation applications from Chairman Wang Lanyu, Vice Chairman and General Manager Xu Bin, and Chief Accountant Zhang Aimin. Wang Lanyu resigned from the positions of Chairman and Director due to job changes, Xu Bin resigned from the positions of General Manager, Vice Chairman, and Director due to job changes, and Zhang Aimin resigned from the position of Chief Accountant due to job changes. After resigning, Wang Lanyu and Xu Bin will no longer hold any positions in the company, while Zhang Aimin will serve as the company's Vice Chairman and General Manager. Meanwhile, the company's board of directors elected Deng Jianjun as the new Chairman and Zhang Aimin as the new Vice Chairman, with a term until the end of the sixth board of directors. Zhang Aimin was appointed as the new General Manager, and Wang Baowei was appointed as the new Chief Accountant, with a term until the end of the sixth board of directors
