According to the announcement from JIANGXI BANK (01916), Ms. Zhang Na submitted a written resignation letter to the board of directors on October 17, 2025, due to adjustments in work arrangements, resigning from her position as co-company secretary of the bank, effective from October 17, 2025.

After Ms. Zhang's resignation, another co-company secretary, Mr. Wei Weifeng, who meets the qualifications required by Rule 3.28 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, will continue to serve as the company secretary of the bank
