# THDB plans to repurchase company shares for between 20 million and 40 million yuan

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, THDB (600867.SH) has decided to repurchase its shares using its own funds for the employee stock ownership plan and/or equity incentives. The amount for this share repurchase will not be less than RMB 20 million (inclusive) and will not exceed RMB 40 million (inclusive), with the repurchase price not exceeding RMB 10 per share (inclusive)
