# TPC has completed the cancellation of 26,328 stock options

Recently, Tianjin Printronics Circuit Co., Ltd. completed the cancellation of part of the stock options under the 2024 stock option incentive plan. On August 25, 2025, the company held a relevant meeting to pass the cancellation proposal. Due to the fact that the personal annual performance assessment levels of some incentive recipients did not reach 100%, a total of 26,328 stock options that had been granted but did not meet the exercise conditions were canceled in accordance with regulations. The specific details were announced on August 27. This cancellation has been reviewed and confirmed by the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. This cancellation complies with relevant regulations, does not affect the continued implementation of the incentive plan, and will not have a significant impact on the company's finances, operations, or the management team's performance of their duties
