# SINO GAS HLDGS appointed Lai Wei Qi as the company secretary and authorized representative

According to the announcement from SINO GAS HLDGS (01759), Ms. Zhou Yuyan will resign as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from October 17, 2025.

The board also announced the appointment of Ms. Lai Wei Qi to replace Ms. Zhou as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from October 17, 2025
