# Jones Tech's subsidiary in Thailand signs contracts related to factory construction projects

According to the announcement from Zhongshi Technology (300684.SZ), the company's Thai subsidiary has recently officially signed the "EPC General Contract for Factory Construction Project" with China State Construction Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CSCEC Thailand") and Shiyuan Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shiyuan Technology"). CSCEC Thailand and Shiyuan Technology will act as the general contractors for the "EPC Engineering of the Factory Construction Project," with a contract amount of 972 million Thai Baht. The project construction includes 2 factory buildings, 1 supporting functional building, 1 hazardous materials and waste warehouse, and 1 solid waste warehouse, with a total construction area of approximately 50,000 square meters.

The announcement stated that the signing and execution of the above contract will alleviate domestic capacity pressure and meet the growing market demand; it will also enhance the company's overseas production and sales service capabilities
