ZJOFHC announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongfang Chanrong plans to jointly invest with its controlling shareholder Provincial International Trade Group and other provincial state-owned enterprises to establish Zhezi Science and Technology Innovation Company. Dongfang Chanrong intends to invest 200 million yuan, holding a 5% stake. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. Zhezi Science and Technology Innovation Company has a registered capital of 4 billion yuan, and the funds will be invested in the Zhejiang Social Security Science and Technology Innovation Fund, aiming to promote the upgrading of industrial capabilities in Zhejiang Province
