On October 17th, CETEC announced that Guochuang Fund Management Co., Ltd. — Guochuang Investment Guidance Fund, which holds 8.72% of the shares, and Beijing Guochuang New Energy Automobile Equity Investment Fund Partnership, which holds 3.59% of the shares, plan to reduce their holdings in the company by a total of no more than 16.0797 million shares through block trades and centralized bidding, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital.
