According to the Zhitong Finance APP, POWERTECH (301369.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Ms. Zhang Chimei, along with her concerted actor, Mr. Zheng Junling, plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 2.096 million shares (accounting for 2.9963% of the total shares after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special securities account) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, starting from fifteen trading days after the announcement
