# YMK's actual controller Sun Yizheng plans to transfer 5% of the company's shares through an agreement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YMK (300249.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Sun Yizheng, intends to transfer 22,024,400 unrestricted circulating shares held by him through a transfer agreement. These shares were held before the company's initial public offering and account for 5.00% of the company's current total share capital. The shares will be transferred to Sichuan Development Securities Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (representing the "Sichuan Capital Market Relief Development Securities Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)," referred to as "Chuanfa Securities Fund") at a price of 12.1280 yuan per share. Both parties signed the "Share Transfer Agreement" on October 15, 2025
