# RS MACALLINE: The 43.023 million shares held by Changzhou Meikai have all been sold

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Red Star Macalline (01528) announced that it recently received a notice from Red Star Macalline Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Red Star Holdings") stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary Changzhou Meikai Information Technology Co., Ltd. has sold all of its 43.023 million shares in the company. After this equity change, Changzhou Meikai no longer holds any shares in the company, and the shareholding ratio of Red Star Holdings and its concerted parties, which are shareholders holding more than 5% of the company, has decreased from 19.95% to 18.96%, with the equity change reaching an integer multiple of 1%
