According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Weigao Blood Purification (603014.SH) announced that the company is planning to acquire 100% equity of Shandong Weigao Purui Pharmaceutical Packaging Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Weigao Purui" or "the target company") through the issuance of shares. Upon the company's application, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from October 20, 2025 (Monday), and the suspension is expected to last no more than 10 trading days
